AIO Solutions
What is the AIO Solution?
An integrated, person-centered care model
AIO comes from founder Lin Yi-ying’s “All In One” care philosophy: good care starts from each person’s needs, integrating medical, care, community, and daily-life resources to connect the support needed at every stage — building humane long-term care with more complete support.
Wanting social impact, but not knowing where to start
Taiwan is now a super-aged society. Care workforce shortages, rural resource gaps, and aging challenges affect more and more communities and families. Many companies, foundations, and local organizations want to respond — but finding the right partnership model, cultivating local talent, and building long-term impact can make the first step hard. Care For Taiwan combines years of care practice, talent cultivation, and local companionship to help organizations start from their mission, develop training programs that fit their goals, and turn ideas into concrete action — steadily building the power of local change.
Hard to recruit and retain
A single promotion path; pay that cannot break through
Limited external support
Geography makes cross-sector resources hard to bring in
Hard to build capacity
Lacking systematic, hands-on skills training
Service models constrained
Existing mindsets struggle to meet complex needs
Organizational Value
The value of capacity-building
Bringing expertise back to the workplace as ready capability
We have always believed the best training brings change into everyday practice. Partners who come here take away not just professional knowledge, but practical, applicable ability.
For frontline partners
Responding to clients’ diverse needs with more ease and flexibility.
For owners/managers
Mastering communication to bridge the team and its members.
When learning becomes a daily habit, it lifts not only care quality but also the team’s shared rapport.

Organization Support
A care development path that fits your organization
Companies, foundations, and local organizations driving care innovation together
Some want to cultivate talent, some to go deep into communities, others are rethinking service transformation and sustainability. Through flexible training modules, we co-design the partnership that fits each organization’s situation and goals.
For companies, the support sustains a continuous talent-cultivation cycle — trained talent returns to serve communities, accompany families, and draw more people into care work.
For local organizations, one fully trained caregiver may accompany a community for ten years or more. Talent growth and retention often bring further-reaching impact than one-off resources.

Based on your organization’s situation and needs, we find the right flexible modules together.
