More complete support for those who need care,
and better growth and development for those who give care.
About Us
Ageing with dignity in familiar surroundings; supporting life’s endless possibilities through innovative care.
“Where the need is, there the service is.” This is the conviction at the heart of Care For Taiwan’s service design.
We focus on the local needs of Taiwan’s aging society and advance the AIO (All In One) integrated care model, tightly connecting medical, long-term care, and community resources — committed to helping more families find the most fitting and reassuring care support.
While delivering person-centered everyday care, we also deepen the professional value of long-term care workers, so those who devote themselves to this calling are seen and cherished by society. We hope this warm strength can endure, together creating a caring society where people age well in their own communities.

Services
Integrated service innovation
Care needs exist not only in hospitals but in every day after returning home. Facing the complex care arrangements and needs after discharge, we integrate care resources through cross-disciplinary teams, providing full support from medical care to home life, accompanying families through care transitions.

Talent cultivation innovation
Facing limited career paths, stagnant pay, and insufficient professional development in long-term care, we founded the Care for Taiwan (CFT) Care School — cultivating AIO care workers, AIO care coaches, AIO care designers, and AIO home physicians, and developing community/home integrated care models.

Care technology innovation
The All In One (AIO) integrated care model involves many roles — care workers, professionals, family members, and more. To improve care collaboration and service efficiency, we built a new, person-centered communication system — Connect 10 — so that information is shared, the whole care journey can be seen, continued, and fed back in real time, and care decisions stay closer to each person’s needs.
